Whitestone provided overall development management services from inception to completion in constructing Second+Main, the 12-storey concrete condo building, containing 233 market condo units, 30 non-market rental units for City of Vancouver, and 6 commercial retail units at the ground floor, in the total of 206,000 square foot buildable. The residential complex is an invitational space for the urban community. Its landscaped public plaza connecting the site to the street, rooftop terrace with a community kitchen and 12,550 square feet of commercial space is a cornerstone real estate development at the heart of Vancouver that sprouts a new urban energy.
